Encouraging the world to cheat on Valentine’s Day

The launch of the Mustang Mach-E v Everything campaign happened just before Valentine’s Day also known as V-Day. So while every other brand out there was playing Cupid, Ford did the opposite and encouraged people to cheat...on their current electric vehicles.

These paid Instagram Stories were strategically geo-targeted to Californians - where it’s no coincidence that it happens to be the state with the largest number of Tesla owners. When swiped up people were served our Mustang Mach-E v Everything content to indulge in. The organic Instagram Story was even more playful by offering more voyeuristic perspectives of the Mustang Mach-E when people kept tapping for more.
