Hyundai brings a bazooka to a knife fight.


Every June, the car industry descends into a collective, uninspired madness. They stuff the same tired ingredients into a blender—the giant red bow that looks like a tragic Christmas leftover, a voiceover man shouting like he’s trying to wake the dead, and that desperate, sweaty plea to “Hurry on in before June 30!” It’s not advertising; it’s psychological wallpaper, designed to make your brain turn completely off.

But Hyundai? Hyundai brought a bazooka to a knife fight. They unleashed a secret weapon so ridiculously powerful it shouldn't be legal: PREOFYS. Pre End Of Financial Year Sale. It worked so insanely well they trademarked the damn thing, forcing every rival dealer to cry themselves to sleep in pure jealousy.

It didn’t stop at TVC. We began to build a world around a rival dealership called Kerbstone Motors. We developed branding, voicemails and even got them to do our radio ads.
